Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where available) so you can track your parcel.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the parcel to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Sheikh Store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
